A Beverly Hills Engagement Session at Greystone Mansion

Saira and Matthew spent a bright March afternoon with us at Greystone Mansion & Gardens in Beverly Hills. Saira wore a flowing blush satin gown and Matthew matched her timeless style in a crisp white shirt and brown suspenders. We started in the terraced lower gardens with their grand stone staircase, wandered past the fountain and down the cypress walk, then moved up to the Tudor-style mansion for courtyard portraits, the reflecting pool and sweeping city views from the terrace. The Grand Staircase in the Lower Gardens

Greystone's lower gardens are built around a sweeping stone staircase and balustrades that feel straight out of a European estate. Saira's blush gown glowed against the warm limestone, and the curved steps gave us a new frame at every turn.

The Fountain Garden and Cypress Walk

Below the staircase, a tiered fountain sits in a formal garden of clipped hedges and lawn. We slowed down here for close, quiet moments, then followed the long cypress-lined walk that is one of Greystone's most striking views.

The Mansion Courtyard and Motor Court Fountain

Up at the house, Greystone's Tudor-style architecture took over: carved doorways, slate roofs, brick chimneys and a cobblestone motor court with its own fountain. Saira and Matthew found their rhythm here, from quiet moments on the fountain ledge to twirls across the courtyard.

The Reflecting Pool and City Views

We finished in Greystone's formal garden, where a long reflecting pool full of water lilies leads to a stone pavilion. From the terrace balustrade, the view opens up to the Los Angeles skyline, and a last stop at the mansion's arched windows wrapped up the afternoon.
