Linh & Ankush's Mon Cheri Wedding Photos

A Mon Cheri Wedding Reception in Garden Grove

Linh and Ankush are happiest around a good meal, whether they are cooking at home, trying somewhere new or winding down with a movie after a long walk. So the plan for their reception on June 22, 2025 was simple: their favorite people, great food and drinks, and a room that felt like a party the moment guests walked in. After saying I do at Old Ranch Country Club, they brought everyone to Mon Cheri Venue in Garden Grove, where ivory draping, a ceiling of hanging white blooms and soft dusty blue details set the tone for toasts, an áo dài outfit change and a packed dance floor. Here is their Mon Cheri wedding reception, photographed by One and Only Production.

Inside the Mon Cheri Ballroom

Mon Cheri's ballroom starts as a clean ivory canvas, with draping from wall to wall and a stage at the front of the room, so a couple's details become the whole look. Linh and Ankush filled the ceiling with cascading white florals, set the round tables with dusty blue napkins, gold chargers and clear ghost chairs, and finished the white dance floor with a gold LA monogram and their date. Their sweetheart table sat up on the stage, framed in white and blue blooms and candlelight.

A Grand Entrance Through the Mon Cheri Arch

Mon Cheri's draped entrance arch, lit by its own crystal chandelier, gives every grand entrance a real stage. The groomsmen came in blindfolded, the bridesmaids danced their way across the floor, and then Linh and Ankush made their entrance under the floral ceiling to a room already on its feet.

First Dance on the Monogram Floor

With the dance floor set in the center of the ballroom, every table had a clear view of Linh and Ankush's first dance. The white floor and hanging blooms kept the light soft and bright, and the gold monogram under their feet made a frame they will want to print.

Parent Dances by the Sweetheart Table

The parent dances came next, slow and full of long hugs, with the sweetheart table glowing on the stage behind them. They were some of the quietest and sweetest minutes of the night.

Dinner and Toasts from Their Favorite People

Between courses, family and the wedding party took the mic for toasts that had Linh and Ankush laughing and tearing up in the same breath. Because the stage and dance floor sit in the middle of Mon Cheri's open room, every speaker stayed in view of every guest, and the reactions came from all corners of the ballroom.

An Áo Dài Change and Table Visits

Linh changed into a bright pink Vietnamese áo dài, one of the details she was most excited about, and Ankush joined her in a patterned navy áo dài of his own. Together they made their way around the ballroom to toast every table, trading hugs and photos with family and friends along the way.

The Mon Cheri Dance Floor

Once the dance floor opened, Mon Cheri's color changing lights shifted the room to purple and pink, light up foam sticks came out and Wax Fanatix kept the floor full. Linh switched into a short white dress for dancing, and guests of every age found their way to the monogram, from the youngest dancers to the grandparents.

Family and Friends Fill the Ballroom

One of our favorite frames of the night was everyone gathered on the dance floor under the floral ceiling, which shows just how many people came to celebrate Linh and Ankush. In between, there were notes at the photo guestbook, cards dropped in the box and plenty of catching up at the tables.

Photo Booth and Late Night Shaved Ice

The fun kept going at the Yorokobi Photo Booth, and late in the night a shaved ice station opened with a full row of colorful syrups, another detail Linh and Ankush could not wait to share. A wedding recovery station made sure guests left the party well taken care of.
