Planning a wedding is a beautiful journey, and capturing every special moment is essential. A well-structured wedding photography timeline ensures that no moment is missed. Here’s a breakdown of Fanfan & Igor’s wedding day at Los Verdes Golf Course, with One and Only Production leading the photography team.
The day will begin at 2:00 PM with getting ready photos at Los Verdes Golf Course’s Bridal Suite. This time is dedicated to capturing the bride’s final moments of preparation, from the delicate details of Fanfan’s gown to the intricate touches of their accessories. If the couple wishes to have wedding flat lay and detail shots, we will set aside at least 20 extra minutes and use a box of flowers provided by the florist to enhance the setup. Essential items to prepare for these shots include the engagement ring, ring box, wedding bands, wedding veil, vow book, boutonniere, invitation card, jewelry, wedding shoes, bouquet, and any additional accessories that hold sentimental value.
Guests will begin arriving at Los Verdes Golf Course at 4:00 PM, with welcome champagne being served to set the celebratory tone. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:30 PM, where Bride and Groom will exchange vows in front of their loved ones. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will take place from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, giving the couple time to take family and couple portraits. Ensuring that all family and friends are included in the group photos is a top priority, so having a designated family member, DJ, or officiant announce the photo list will help streamline the process. If there are any guests who may have difficulty standing or waiting for photos, special accommodations can be made to ensure their comfort.
The reception doors will open at 6:00 PM, with the grand entrance taking place at 6:15 PM. Bride & Groom will share their first dance at 6:20 PM, marking a beautiful and intimate moment before the dinner service begins at 6:25 PM. As the sun begins to set, we will take advantage of the golden hour by capturing stunning portraits on the 15th Green at 7:35 PM. This will be followed by the cake-cutting ceremony at 8:30 PM, leading into a night filled with dancing and celebration. The event will officially conclude at 10:00 PM.
