Denise & Michael's Richland Wedding Photos

A Richland Wedding in Old Towne Orange

Denise and Michael met on Hinge, and their first date was at the Arcadia Arboretum. These days they play video games together, try new restaurants and bars, and Michael tags along when Denise shops for plants. They married on October 10, 2026 at The Richland in Old Towne Orange, where they got ready, said their vows and celebrated all in one place. The palette was blush, peach and burgundy, from the flat lay to the bridesmaids' satin dresses. The day included a tea ceremony for Denise's mom, private vows, a ceremony framed by towering florals and a first dance under the chandeliers. Here are their Richland wedding photos, captured by One and Only Production.

Blush, Peach and Burgundy Details

Denise and Michael's flat lay set the tone for the day: a blush invitation, a sage vow book stamped with a gold wax seal, red ring boxes and a jade bangle, all styled with peach dahlias and burgundy roses from A Touch of Lavender.

Denise Getting Ready at The Richland

Denise got ready in the bridal suite at The Richland, with her gown and her bridesmaids' burgundy dresses hanging in the tall arched window of the ballroom. Her sister Christine and bridesmaids Katlyn and Jean helped with the shoes, the buttons and the cathedral veil before the first look.

Michael and His Groomsmen

Michael got ready in a blush suit and burgundy tie, joined by his twin brother Kevin, his older brother Robert and Waylon, who also officiated the ceremony. The guys shared a champagne toast before heading out to see Denise.

First Look and Private Vows

Michael saw Denise for the first time in front of the ballroom's wall of windows, and they read private vows to each other before the ceremony. There were a few happy tears, a quiet moment in a window nook upstairs and some downtime on the leather sofa in the lounge.

Tea Ceremony with Denise's Mom

Before the ceremony, Denise and Michael held a small tea ceremony for Denise's mom, with her sister Christine serving alongside them. Her mom shared red envelopes and gifts, and the four of them closed it out with a family portrait.

Bridesmaids, Brothers and Florals

The florals from A Touch of Lavender were tall columns of peach, blush and burgundy blooms, and they made the perfect backdrop for the wedding party. Denise spent time with her sister and bridesmaids, and Michael with his twin Kevin and brother Robert.

Ceremony in the Estelle Ballroom

Denise and Michael said their vows in The Richland's ballroom, under wood beams and chandeliers with Waylon officiating. After walking back up the aisle to cheers, they took photos with Denise's mom and sister and the rest of their families.

Cocktail Hour and The Richland Trolley

Guests gathered on the front patio for cocktail hour, where The Richland's green vintage trolley became a favorite photo spot. Denise and Michael took a turn in the trolley window too before heading back inside for dinner.

Reception in the Estelle Ballroom

The sweetheart table sat in front of the window wall, framed by floral columns and candles. Denise and Michael shared their first dance under the chandeliers, then laughed through the toasts and made their way around the tables.

Cake Cutting and the Dance Floor

Denise changed into a sleek second look for the cake cutting, with a two-tier cake by Cakes by Frances M. dressed in florals to match the day. After a champagne toast and a group photo with every guest, the dance floor took over with light-up foam sticks and a round of shots.
